FAQ

Most insurances do cover physical and occupational therapy. The Rehab Group is contracted with Medicare, Tricare, Triwest, Veteran’s Choice, Workers Compensation, and major PPO’s. If you are not covered by insurance, The Rehab Group offers affordable cash rates for services and accepts checks, Visa, Master and Discover card for your convenience.

Many physical therapy clinics do not offer lymphedema management. So, if you have an HMO or out of network, and you need lymphedema management, arrangements can be made to have these treatments covered by your insurance. Please let us know, and we will work with your primary care physician to get authorization for treatment.

We will also check your benefits before your initial evaluation to inform you of any co-pay’s and/or co-insurance charges. It is important that you also check with your insurance company regarding your policy coverage.

We accept the following insurance providers including ALL PPO's and Workers Compensation. We also offer Affordable Cash Pay Rates.

  • All PPO’s
  • United Healthcare
  • Medicare
  • Workers Compensation
  • Valley Physicians Network
  • Lien
  • Triwest
  • Tricare
  • Veterans Affairs
  • GEHA
  • Affordable cash pay rates

You can call one of the 3 clinics depending on what location is closer to you.

You can give us a call to schedule an appointment Monday-Friday.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete necessary new patient paperwork. You can also download the paperwork located at the top of this page (blue menu bar). You will then be evaluated by your therapist. The evaluation will include a comprehensive medical history, current condition, and physical exam (i.e. tests and measurements). A treatment plan will then be developed based upon the findings of the evaluation. The therapist will also provide a hands-on treatment the same day. You may be provided with a home exercise program.

The first visit usually takes about 60 minutes and follow up visits 60-90 minutes.

Please bring your prescription, insurance cards, and a list of any medications you are taking. Bring copies of x-rays, MRI reports, medical records or other diagnostic studies.

The Rehab Group has a diverse staff and wealth of knowledge to meet your needs. We have been told that our clinic is special, because of what we do and the comfort level that is felt. We provide one on one hands-on therapy to provide optimal results for each of our patient. We have a variety of treatment options and possess specialties that you will not find at other therapy practices. The Rehab Group is a hands-on collection of therapist’s treating individuals, not body parts.

Your progress is measured through your self-report. To include pain level, functional changes and activity tolerance. Your initial tests and measurement are re-assessed, and a progress report is sent to your physician. Progress is measured to determine the effectiveness of the treatment plan.

At each visit you and your therapist will discuss your response to your treatment. Your treatment can then be modified.

You can choose any physical therapist you would like, or we can schedule you with the first available appointment. If your treatment requires a specialty, we may assign you a physical therapist that is certified in that treatment.

We understand that schedule changes happen, however we ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible. Please be an active participant in your therapy. The treatment and education you receive at our clinic needs to be reinforced outside. Continue the stretches and exercises at home. If your exercises at home are getting easy, or causing pain, let us know so we can modify your treatment.
